With Nocturne Baby, Cong Josie is back on the (mutant) dance-floor. This time, instead of pounding the floor and walls relentlessly with punk fervor and reckless abandon, we find him luxuriating and sleazing all over it. The EBM squelks, bleeps and sharp synth arpeggios are there, but this time Cong's voice croons and washes over it playing necromancer, resurging all that is sensual, human and the opposite to daytime ratrace artifice.
